We use Second Life ourselves. By default, we make our items copy/mod so that you can mess around with them without risk. There might be exceptions for certain textures or scripts, but we know: No modify is no fun! Since stuff happens, we also offer redeliveries on all purchases.
If something isn't working right, drop us a line! One of our team will be happy to work through it with you.

We've got an ATM for redeliveries that will link to the CasperVend system for redeliveries. It doesn't dispense cash anymore, but as long as it gets you those items it's no big deal, yeah?
Check your order history page for a redelivery link. We've enabled it across the board, so it should be easy. Let us know if it isn't.
